Do you stay in bed all day? I don't mean if you are suffering from an illness such as Daff and YCaz, I mean if you have a cold, stomach bug etc.

I only ask because I often see where people have been in bed poorly on here yet I have never since I was a child spent a day in bed. if I am unwell I tend to still dress and go downstairs and sit. I wondered if it was the 'training' received from my parents. i had to be really poorly or infectious to get a day in bed.
