Ann my sister did that to Canada and it arrived safely with no additional postage required!! Different to here.

Sorry ladies you will have received a birthday reminder for Hazel who as you know has left the group, unfortunately due to a problem on the Yahoo group I was unable to remove it. The edit facility should I am informed by Yahoo be back tomorrow so will delete it then, so once again apologies.

I have received an email from Lynne she would like me to apologise on her behalf as she will be unable to send out Christmas cards this year. She was having building work completed on her house which unfortunately has gone drastically wrong. I am sure we all wish her well and that she manages to get her house sorted very soon.

So easy to do, not sign cards, especially this time of year. I don't think it was mine, I think mine had a butterfly, I was in a butterfly mood last month when I was making them.

Had a real senior moment yesterday (one of many I must add). I had a letter to post to Cyprus, as well as a couple of others. I remembered as I put it in the box that it definitely should not be sent with a second class stamp on it!!! Ooops, wonder what will happen to it!

I will post for Joan Ann, the card she sent me was beautiful.

Issy cannot get on here at the moment and she has asked me to thank Ann, Jill and Sylvia for their lovely cards.

Carol Ann wishes to thank everyone for the beautiful cards she received for her birthday. She also received a beautiful card done in yellow and lilac with a flower unfortunately the person who sent it has not put there name on.

Jill you sound so very busy, but as you say must be very enjoyable. My sister goes to the Ice hotel before Christmas, she is taking her grandchildren.

News from FTF
Maureens Hubby is in hospital for a replacement knee, she is hoping to keep up to date with her cards

Maisies Mum has taken a turn for the worse and the doctors do not think she will get over it this time, she has her cards made but not written, she is hoping that she will have time to get them finished and in the post. I have said not to worry we all understand.

Flo is going in hospital and having surgery 2nd December I am sure we all wish her well for a speedy recovery..

Jill in France Report 30 Nov 2009 08:59

Good morning Ladies, so sorry for not being about much but life seems to be always so busy with my classes and we also managed to go down with bad colds that lasted ages and still coughing three weeks later.
Hope everyone is OK and thank you for the cards that have started arriving--Ann, Flo, Sylvia, Christine and Issy.
My classes are still busy and its the planning and checking out and doing new stuff that takes the time but still good fun.Have a lady coming for a private lesson on Weds, she comes twice a week to classes when in France but goes home this week and wanted to get another lesson in :)
We are off to the Isle of Man for Christmas and not yet booked a Ski trip, waiting for a late deal and looking at Lapland for the Northern lights and to see the Ice Hotel plus lots of snow for skiing.

xx Jill
