Ways to use up mince...

Ky See Min,( like Chow Mein)
Hamburgers,
Chili Con Carne,
Savoury Mince
Porcupines-small meatballs in tomato soup and water
Tacos

L G got a recipe for peanut butter cookies ,

1 Cup sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup of peanut butter.....
Mix all ingredients together, drop spoonfuls onto greased baking tray, press down lightly with back of fork....
Bake 350f/180c/gas4.....7/10 Min's.

Seems quite a lot of sugar , but am told they are delicious.

If any body has more left over tips I would be glad of ideas, now what can I do with mince, other than shepherds pie?

Lots of recipes online....
I just did a Google search for...Peanut butter recipes... and there are many ideas including, ..
Peanut Butter and carrot cake
Peanut butter and banana bread
Peanut butter and bran cookies
etc.

Decided to sort both fridge and freezer out, I have been looking at a site that gives ideas on how to cut the waste of food, so I have found stuff left over from Christmas, more mince than I know what to do with!! also two jars of peanut butter , so can someone tell me what I can do with peanut butter.... no funny remarks please I am of a sensitive nature,lol, all advice gratefully recieved....I had left over casserole so strained the gravy off mashed it up a bit and made a deep plate pie...
