Please does anyone know the meaning of the expression "sailors cake" - if it is too rude to put on the boards, could you pm me

Many thanks, I read it in a book "nice bit o' sailor's cake' - but it said the meaning was too rude to print, and to look in the book "Rude Cockney Rhyming Slang"

You are reading "farewell to the eastend" what are really great set of books they are.
The term is actually "navy cake" and it means taking it from behind if you like- men, (blush). hope i can say that
