	I've been following your thread all along and I am pleased that your husband has taken his first step! I know your weather is atrocious as my daughter lives in Fareham and could not get to work today. It's pretty awful here in Northants, too! Birdi x

	Well l won't be going up the hospital today, the snow is quite deep here and its snowing again so plenty of phone calls between us today...........thank goodness there are allowed mobile phones in hospital now, lol. Once again l will pass your good wishes on to Eddie, thankyou, xx

	Rose l'm in Portsmouth, don't usually get bad snow but we have tonight and will not be going anywhere tomorrow if the weather is still bad..........have just looked out the door and can't even see my car on the drive, lol. x

	Really pleased that Eddie is coming on, do be careful tomorrow... don't know where you are but we have finally got snow here in Shrops and it's sticking tonight .. don't go if it is bad on the roads. Rose xx

	Just managed to get through to Eddie on the phone ( network has been busy all evening) to let him know l got home alright and he has told me not to visit tomorrow if the weather is still bad, l think l'll do as l'm told for once, lol. Please everyone keep safe in this awful weather, xx

	Wow.........this is lovely news : )) I'm so pleased to hear that Eddie has taken his first step.....it is a monumental moment......well done Eddie : )) I'm sorry to hear you missed the moment Mummo but you must still be thrilled to bits . As others have said , take good care in this snow . It is probably better to not visit for a day or so if the roads are really bad . Amanda xx

	WOW...Such great news! I'm sure that has given you all a much needed lift. Take care travelling to Eddie. Better to miss a vist than find yourself in the next bed.
