Mummo, such wonderful news, I'm really thrilled for both you and Eddie.

I bet he's so pleased to be back in his own home, and worth all the running around for you just to have him home.

Love and best wishes to you both.

Ohhh mummo, I have tears in my eyes after reading that. What lovely news, and you must both feel so much better now he's home, even if it has cost you a bed.

I'm over the moon for you both. He'll get better so much faster at home in his own surroundings.

Good luck to you both. xxx

EDDIE IS HOME .........................................
Got a call from the hospital this afternoon to say if l went in with my daughter and learnt how to put his full and neck braces on and off they would let him come home, well we did it.
What a rush though, Ed can't get up or down stairs so had to rush out and buy him a single bed ( good job l've got a estate car) we had to move all the furniture round in the sitting room but we done it.
Ed is now in front of me in bed and is watching the t.v, its so nice to have him home but l do feel worn out with all the days activitys .
Eddie has to go back to the hospital in 4 weeks for more xrays and till then its just bed rest and when he has his full body and neck brace on he can sit in the chair for 30 minutes.
Can l just say to all my friends on here a BIG thankyou for getting me through this last 7 weeks, l know in the next few weeks l may need your help and advice again, but this journey l have just been through would have been much harder without you all. xxxx
