Spent 4 hours at the hospital,got all ready with
the gown on and me paper drawers......................................................
Guess what ??
Consultant couldnt get in because of the snow
Had to phone hubby to come and pick me up again
So have to wait another few weeks now
The air was just a likkle bit blue
lol

Trouble is ,you get yourself all build up and ready,then.................................nothing
Oh well,it means I have to work the next 2 days now

Aw Mo.... I wondered what that blue haze on the horizon was!!

That must be soooo frustrating.

Hubby was once unconscious.... the surgeon (only one, military hospital, and the surgeon was also the gynaecologist, lolol) had the scalpel all poised ready to splice the mainbrace, so to speak.... and surgeon had a heart attack!! My only response was thank goodness he wasn't cutting in.... you'd be a falsetto now, lolol ;¬))

Oh thats not nice that happen to my friends mum she was havin something done to her heart, got her already taking her down and was called off. she is 89 juist cant do it to use.

But then not alot they can do if doctor couldnt get in.

Hope you get to have it done very soon

When I read your post saying you were going in. It went through my head you might not get done due to weather etc. Didnt want to upset you so never added lol

My MIL waited two days in hospital before she had her operation. She fell last week on ice/snow on the Thurs, she broke her hip.Had her op on the Sat.

Oh dear sorry to read this cuz,,better to get it done when the surgeon will be in a good mood though eh? He might have been a bit stressed out after driving in all this snow and ice..

Just don't go slipping on all this ice on your way to work will you?

I had a feeling that might happen. Better for you in the long run, you dont' want to be just coming out with all this snow and ice around. Better to wait until the weather is better.

I know it's a bummer now, you've worked up to it, but every cloud etc.
