Defragmentation.

Bearing in mind that I am so stupid I am almost brain-dead,could anyone tell me,in words of one sylable,how to defrag my Del laptop??

go to start >>>all programs >>>>>accessories ....>system tools . >>>>defrag....







it will take time, do not interrupt it.
simples !

It is advisable to empty your recycling bin first, apparently.

If it hasn't been defragged before it could, as said, take some time.
We could be talking five or six hours, so best done overnight.

its easy
go to Start ,select all programs. then select accessories and then systems tools. then disk defragmenter the click on analyze after it has done the analyze . then click on the next box -defragment and let it roll.
