Andrew Marr's History of Modern Britain, all about the race riots and scandel...in the 1950;s and 60's....he seems to do a lot of links from vintage cars....

That was a really good series. I watched some of them from then end of WW1 to the middle of WW2....really good and interesting stuff.

I like Andrew Marr anyway, very intelligent man.

I flicked over tonight and thought Itsmytelly would kick off he likes HIS TV and loves the depressing news but even he sat quietly and watched it...it was about McMillians govnerment I m not really interested in politics but enjoy that and next weeks its the 60's and 70's so will be watchng it again..

We watched that prog tonight. OH is planning a show at the local am theatre this year based around the 50s so he was happy too.

Sunday mornings OH watches the TV in bed and while I might be listening I don't have my glasses on and I'm still a bit dozy so don't always clock what he wears.
