	we had 2 types of cheese - the cheese comes with waxy seal red leicester with chilli and pepper - this is really great and has a bite cheddar with ginger spice I've not tried yet - hubby ahs and says its great they do other chesses from a company called snowdonia cheese http://www.snowdoniacheese.co.uk/website.aspx You can order online and they do list shops that sell.
