I am busy today, saving hundreds of photos, many very old, today and then putting them all on a special gadget I bought just got photos. Not sure what to do with some of them as they are so old.

Yesterday I also found the two pieces I did a long time ago about my life..I think I will tweak it and then add more.

I will add something on here tomorrow. Have Film night from a 7 pm and other things arranged for today.

I've already replied to Maggie - her poems were lovely.

Wend, it was a good idea of Maggie's to write something for mother's day wasn't it, I hope anyone else who would like to will do the same :-D

I loved Maggie's Mothers day poems. Brain has not gone back into gear yet as we have not been able to fully unpack. Daughter and OH are still with us - going out for lunch, they are taking us for Mothers day.

Lake District was not inspiring this year as most of the time it was very misty and we couldn't see the views.

Thanks fortune suggestion of using one of the old photos, I will do this today or tomorrow

Bridget, you could describe it to us so that we can actually 'see' the person youa re describing.

Did anyone take up my suggestions, have done so myself, whilst waiting for internet connection to be reinstated.....a week without contact is not to be recommended.Will post my offerings today

Sorry Jan, brain was on holiday while in the Lake District and have had so much to do this week I have not got round to writing anything. Will have to have a think.

Sometimes I think we pressure ourselves too much, whilst I cannot recommend having no internet connection and the decorators in.....it did mean I had to concentrate on my writing !!!! It was with gardening the only way to switch off !!

I've nearly finished writing about our Anniversary weekend.....so eventful I found it quite hard to put it all down on paper lol...sounds silly but you'll know what I mean? .....I hope ;-) :-S
