MY Favourites STILL not functioning

I have been receiving same massage (problem has been logged) for months when trying to access My Favourites.
Cannot print tree but could in the past-WHY?
Relatives have disappeared from one of my trees yet it states same number of relatives are on both- WHY?
Will not give me a refund for a service that has not opereated correctely for months,and was not operating correctly when I subscribed, wish I had been able to read Phil Moir before they took my money.
I have lost faith, interest and reliance oh and money. :-\
