To export your Gedcom, Go to your account then after entering your password, the Export Gedcom is on the left of the page,

It will be sent to your email address,

you can then use it as you like

Edit The Gedcom will be a copy, your tree will still be on GR unless you delete it at a later date

could anyone give details on how i transfer my tree to ancestry
i know its though gedcom the new tree on genes does my head i cant follow it at all ive been with genes reunited 7 years but when my subs finish i wont be renewing
like i say leave well alone
