In the past they have managed to re-instate some threads but not others. Don't know what the criteria is. Good luck, I do hope they can solve it.

I have had yet another email from Gr, saying they have now passed it on to their technical team :-|.....So not sure how long I will have to wait....

I've only posted on it once or twice before but was going to put something on this morning and couldn't find the thread. Thought I was going mad until I found this thread. I hope you get a good explanation and get it reinstated very quickly.

Ive had a reply from GR....

They have suggested I use the tools section and then click on "My Threads"
