Am absolutely shocked by this thread :-0

Have had to phone the Cats Protection League in Bryncethin nearby and told them that cats are being washed in domestic washing machines at 60C.

I was clearly told that that temperature was for cottons only, and 40C was the highest temp you should be using. And conditioner is good, but they always use Lenor which is kinder to their bottoms as they usually pooh quite a lot during the wash.

If you wait until November you will not be able to pull my pigtails or any other hair, Joy, as I am going Hairless for Hospice. I am just waiting for the hospice people to sort out a website and advertising etc so I can raise sponsorship, then "off it comes". I will probably put a photo of me hairless as my avatar when it happens. Watch this space. :-D

Sadly, I have to agree with you ButtercupFields, pink never was my colour. Do you think I am Barbi?

Red used to be my colour. Now I am an old bag and it no longer suits me.

Sould I go for green? It may suit my complexion? (sp?) :-0

On second thoughts, I dont think I would be much good at rowing these days, as my thumbs are arthritic and my shoulder gives me problems. :-( Of course if the rest of you are doing the rowing I dont mind coming along as a passenger, as long as they dont rock the boat and tip me out. Not so keen on swimming in cold water these days.
