	Being discussed now on our local radio is the theory that a quarter of us avoid going to an actual Butcher (if you have one left in your town) or the Butchers counter in the supermarket, because we do not know what to ask for. This means, the actual cut of the animal, and what it is best used for. Whatever next.??? Julia in Derbyshire
