Said current persona could then judge whether it's the poster or the posts which generate dislike.

But if you mean do I ever think someone is/has come back on here under another name, yes I do, loads of times, and I often suss them out on the first or second post :-D

While I'm here, I also think that when some people come back, using the name they used before, they assume that we have forgotten what they were like and what they said when they were here before. They've even had memory loss, or think that we are as daft as they are, I reckon they're just daft, or words to that effect :-D

Absolutely agree with the latter part of Lynda's comment...the only bit of me still working effectively is my memory :-D

I,m a bit lost here BUT have seen some WUM,s on here and sussed em out when they come back in different guises.

Personally have met some lovely people like Lynda and Auntie Jean, sadly missed, and Mildred and Grannie Annie, who I am related too way back.

Really cant see WHY there some WUMs have to be as they are but then i am on the ancestry trail and hopefully meeting nice folks on the way that are friends sometimes only online but still friends. maybe i am a bit naive??

But really I think that if being annoying and opinionated in a similar fashion to previous members is the sole criteria for judging whether someone has been here before...then maybe it's time to take a break and get some perspective, on whether it's entirely healthy to have to be suspicious all the time?

The Wums who used to be here have done us all a big dis-service that's for sure.
