	Hope things go better today for George, especially as it's his 19th birthday. It must be heartbreaking for his family who would have been planning to help him celebrate, to see him instead in this awful situation. Good that your lad got the birthday card signed etc, it gave him something to do and will hearten the family as well I expect, to know how much George's friends think of him. Hope to hear better news soon Lizx

	They have to keep positive at this stage Kim, miracles do happen with the recovery of young people. Keeping everything crossed. Sue x

Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 2,967 Send Message	George is still on ventilator and dialyses and they have said he has some brain damage but do not know the extent until he he comes round completely, they are doing a tracheotomy tomorrow morning to make him more comfortable. But my son has rallied round and got all of George's friends to sign a card for his 19th Birthday tomorrow. The hospital think it was a chest infection he had the week before that had caused the heart attacks:( Kim xx
