TO Put in the freezer for christmas,

Yes Suzanne. I've started to fatten up the guinea pigs and have been furiously scouting out for suitable roadkill.

Instead of Christmas puddings (it's too hot over here) I'llbe preparing wombat waffles....great with brandy sauce

I haven't made any but I have bought and eaten quite a few mince pies in the last few days.

i cant make pastry either,got frozen and pass it off as my own,makes lovely mince pies.

Not yet BUT I have received a text from a friend telling me she has just bought me 3 jars of mincemeat for £1.

Apparently said mincemeat is VERY short dated. Will add it to my jar that I found in the cupboard when I had a clear out last week, along with last years Christmad pudd.

A good shot of brandy will sort them all out. So I am told.

May have to test the brandy ..... just to make sure ;-) :-D
