I did wonder why the Akela didn't tell them to be quiet, after all they were in charge of them, or perhaps they leave them to it, while they read a book :-D

I was in my library last friday changing my books
and there was 2 little ones about 3/4 yrs old shouting and running around
the library ... noone said a word about it .

Who knows Island, perhaps "someone at the top" thinks it infringes human rights. or it could be a health and safety matter, saying shhh could damage your voicebox :-D

Failing that, it's just another load of old wallop that someone dreamt up for the sake of it :-D

A group of cubs turned up and making a bit of a racket, the librarian said to hubby, "we're not allowed to ask people to be quiet anymore"

Hubby has just returned from the library, saying he came out because it was too noisy.
