Allan Report 20 Nov 2012 22:32

Did they want you for dinner, Suzanne?

A bit like the cannibal and his wife who invited the missionary for dinner :-D :-D

JackBunion Report 20 Nov 2012 22:30

Would the first person please walk backwards to the step ;-)

Suzanne Report 20 Nov 2012 22:23

Suzanne Report 20 Nov 2012 22:19

they were just standing there waiting for me Allan, they know i shop at 8pm on a fri,

they were waiting because they wanted to invite me to a little get together at the farmhouse, but alas i had to decline the offer due to the fact that masterchef was on for an hour that night.but i did say that i would call them and let them know when i was available :-D :-D :-D

JackBunion Report 20 Nov 2012 22:17

Hayley Think you will find that your attack on me re Eldrick was along the lines "he left before you started ranting, so how do you know my friend Eldrick?" Not an exact quote, but that was the flavour

I contributed twice to his last thread asking him to stay.

Personally, I don't think anyone on here gets near to Eldrick and he was a one-off and hope he comes back soon. But lots of you can be extremely funny at times. You have made me laugh yourself, Hayley, several times on threads where I think you were trying to take me down a peg or two ;-) :-D

JoyBoroAngel Report 20 Nov 2012 22:15

Evening guys and dolls........actually for the record John now normally I avoid you however I can put the record straight as you are not quiet fully telling the whole truth are you did indeedy praise my very good friend Eldrick you also went on to impy that the ladies of this site threw themselves at his feet and worshipped him, and this was your sole ambition to do the same, that is what you get the dressing down for. Now go and put the smallest violin in the world away and stop feeling so sorry for yourself...wont work :-D

Allan Report 20 Nov 2012 21:37

lol Sue :-D

Were they buying, Suzanne, or included in the produce for sale?? :-D :-D

Suzanne Report 20 Nov 2012 21:26

oh im sure they play that game a lot in the wide open spaces in Anglesey.

ive met them loads of times in the fruit and veg department in tesco.x :-D

supercrutch Report 20 Nov 2012 21:24

BTW Suzanne answered your query (I think) on Dutch's thread.

Allan, that's cruel.............................funny but cruel :-D

Allan Report 20 Nov 2012 21:21

Now that's not gossip, Suzanne, they even showed that on TV here. Also the photo of him making the bed which is on one of the internet news sites...although he is wearing some type of uniform. so I reckon he and Kate were playing a 'game' ;-) of pilots and navigators :-D :-D

Suzanne Report 20 Nov 2012 21:16

Allan Report 20 Nov 2012 21:12

I don't gossip, Sue, as you know, but I did hear that Prince William...

Suzanne Report 20 Nov 2012 21:05

oh what a lovely thread this is :-D

all my friends chatting happily, while the poster slogs herself to death on the wards for 12hrs :-D :-D

Allan Report 20 Nov 2012 21:05

lol Sue :-D

My pet name for OH is 'treasure' as she looks like something that's been buried for a few hundred years, and then dug up! :-D :-D

supercrutch Report 20 Nov 2012 14:56

I never get flattered :-( not unless you count " you look like you have been exhumed today" which is marginally better than "you have a face like the back of a bus"

George Report 20 Nov 2012 11:14

So, what flattery has worked wonders today then.? not sure I quite understand the relevance.

George :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
