Libby, I would "If I were You" ask them to confirm in Writing all they told you on the phone,Then you have proof from them in case there has been a mistake.**M**. |

Just come off the phone re daughters ESA, two 30 minute calls. Both calls confirmed that she IS entitled to both cheques and to bank the second one, further payments will be made direct to her bank account. |

I suggest putting all the above in writing to the Department who issued the cheque asking for confirmation, IN WRITING, that she is entitled to this money under the above circumstances. Please make sure you keep a copy of the letter you send for future reference. |

In June 2011 my 17 year old daughter had to give up college because of her ADHD and was suffering with depression. She was in a pretty bad way and was told she should claim ESA because at the time she was unemployable. This was all sorted. |
