	Bet you were glad to get out of that bed for a while Gwen, did you enjoy the hoist? (all the fun of the fair and no charge) Have been sending you lots of positive thoughts and hope you will continue to make good progress day by day. 	Hi Dizzi, so you were able to view Demitri from a different angle while you were sitting on your chair!! Perhaps you will sit out for longer today. Be ready for those physios to come along to give you a work out. Trouble is, they will expect you to do all the work. But the sooner you get them "on your side" the sooner you will get home. 	Keep up the good work Gwen and they will soon be sending you home, they don't want too many people in horsepidle (as Mac calls it) over the Christmas time, it spoils their fun. They've got shot of Kate for the same reasons lol love and hugs Lizxx
