	not a happy bunny as I have soooo much outside work to do tomorrow It´s sunny back home >>>>> orf to sulk and suffer with my genuine doc opinion of SAD and yes Cocoa I am diagnosed with SAD (even in Spain)

	Oh bless you love, what a nuisance. Maybe the day will be brighter than you expect and you won't feel so down. I too suffer with SAD - doesn't help when I sleep most of the day too Make sure your Vit D levels are ok Lizxx

	oh we have no rain today thankfully, however yesterday was real bad, and we had to walk home from football in it haha, but rain overt he weekend, which is god as have painting to finish off and i wouldnt want to do it if it wa ok outside haha

	yes me and stray and the little man got soaked through the wind was bad to we had to play dodge the wheelie bins yesterday as they were blowing down the road all on there own ;-) ;-)
