In searching the site I am forever being asked to re-sign in.
Is there a time out with the site or is it just mine.?
Other open windows stay connected....not GR

Huia Report 1 Dec 2012 19:35

I only have that problem if I go to my account to change my avatar. Then when I want to come back to the boards I have to sign in again.

It should be ok then.

I have had to sign in twice today. Never had to do that once in last month. Something strange happening at moment with Genes :-S

More threads have disappeared this weekend so far than Compo's jacket. More RR's than Crewe. :-(

Never sign myself out but like Carol if I do a clean up of cache & cookies I do have to sign in again :-(

Gins Report 1 Dec 2012 21:23

If you clear your 'Cache' then your PC has no history (Not that YOU can see)

If you want your pc to remember, site and pass words then click 'remember'

LollyWithSprinklez Report 1 Dec 2012 22:58

Yes Gins that's what I meant (didn't put it too well) the only time I have to sign in again is if I have done a C Clean otherwise I am permanently signed in :-D

JackBunion Report 2 Dec 2012 09:36

Happened again this morning. Had to sign in - and yes, I have ticked the box and seldom have to sign in till Thursday this week. I am on a warning. Would that be the reason?

Gins Report 2 Dec 2012 11:10

Sorry Lolly, I didnt refresh and posted the same thing as you!

John, it is nothing to do with your warning, it happens to me from time to time.

LollyWithSprinklez Report 2 Dec 2012 11:25
