Hi there.

I am new to this fascinating subject and am rapidly becoming addicted. My only problem so far has been trying to open the "full tree", nothing happens. I have disabled the compatibilty view and settings as directed in the help page but it didn't work, all I get is an annoying rotating wheel. Is there anybody out there who can tell me where I am going wrong?

Try clearing your cache

Note; their should be no need to delete saved passwords
