Do they normally send a letter (sorted thanks)

	....about winter fuel allowance? From the bank statement, it would appear that OH has received his first ever payment a couple of weeks ago. Although he had acknowledgement of his claim, we had no further correspondence.

	Oh well - it will be one of life's mysteries. At least it boosted the bank balance :-D Thank's to all of you.

	DET Had my letter telling me I was about to get mine over a week after £200 dropped mysteriously into my Coutts account. I think you may find you have a legal right now to claim a further £200 :-D We need it this year. Above the snow line for 3 months here in Pontypandy ;-)

	May be it will come sometime next week then :-) Now I have to chase the Tax man - according to them paid to know these things, I owe them and would get a fine if not paid up by the end of January :-(

	Government agencies not sending us letters when they are supposed to ;-) You think about one thing, and it reminds you of another :-D

	The letters seem to be following the money paid instead of the other way round this year.
