HOT MATCHES ISSUE

Is anyone else having problems with Hot Matches. Although I have several hundred individuals with matches, when I try to view them, I get a screen saying either there tree or my tree has changed and you are requested to select a link if you still want to view them. I do this and none of them match, on any of the contacts shown. Been like this for a while. I usually upload GEDCOM file to update my tree.

Thanks

Keith

It sound like the list of contacts you have was formed by the old system when it did not do place matching, so it's not surprising they don't match.

If you read the FAQs it says that uploading a GEDCOM may affect existing hot matches.

If you think there is a problem then contact the support team.
