Thank you for posting this, my uncle was a fireman during the blitz...must have a look

shame the old street names are not there, the Olympic stadium stands where my father lived not the old streets.

That's a shame Stella, the Road where I lived is on there, and am surprised how many bombs were dropped there :-(

that is one of the reasons i was born in Yorkshire,my mother got blitzed out so many times she came up here to live with her sister. I did look for the names of streets that are on my family tree so i suppose some of them would not be there now anyway.I might have another search tomorrow...some of the street names were hidden by the red spots as well..
