Ah............now cheese sauce is an art form Hayley. It needs a good whisk, fire resistant slippers and at least 27 brillo pads and elbow grease to clean the pan afterwards.

Pavlova recipe a la Kitty

1 Get 3 eggs and some sugar

2 Seperate the eggs

3 buy some more eggs and persuade the dog to lick the spillage up off the floor

4 Get small grandson to seperate the eggs and whisk the whites ith electric whisk

5 Turn whisk on then off again to insert the whisking thingys

6 When all puffy and stiff ( the mixture not you) put on tray.......then take out, scrape back into bowl and add the sugar still sitting on the scales

7 When it looks cooked, take out the oven and leave it to cool in the tray it is now seemingly welded to

8 Scrape it off the tray, roll the marshmallow type mixture into a ball and lob into the bin

9 Buy one and vow never to try that again.

Same Kitty, :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D ;-) RECIPES slightly improved,she takes the shells off the eggs now. ;-)
