Just think how silly you will look having drunk all your expensive whiskey, turned up at the sausage sizzle sozzled and it's all been for nothing :-0

Allan - You won't hear a thing in your bomb proof bunker so I would stay there for a couple of days until the dust settles. The Sydney bridge now joins Newcastle and Gateshead and its resting on blocks until the engineers arrives. We have about 3 hours to go before our time is up but luckly the local newspaper stated that Geordieland may not be affected due to its geographical position so Wales and Scotland will take the brunt.

I know, Sue and I've got to help out at a Sausage Sizle soon....do I go or do I open the two bottles of expensive whisky I have.

I could probably do both, but I'd have to be careful not to breathe too close to the burners....I wouldn't want to go before my time! :-D

It's only early yet, Allan - still plenty of time for the end to occur :-0

And I'm still here, or at least I think I am. It is very early morning so can not see a thing. No sound of any cars, and it's too early for the birds.

I nearly tripped over the bl**dy cat, so at least two of us have survived the end of the world.

Mind you, the ancient Mayans may not have taken into account the different time zones both national and international.

For the reast of the day I will probably be like something that shakes on the sea bed...a nervous wreck :-D :-D
