It is a really good idea Ann provided these ARE kept up to date online.

We had to stop teaching youngsters in the bowling club because we need 4 or 5 CRB checks and the club had to bear the costs.

A sensible decision for once that will cut red tape, now that makes a change.

At last somebody has seen sense. In future CRB checks will be on line and, at last, there will be no need to apply every time a different job or volunteer post is applied for as the information will be held centrally. Organisations will be able, with consent, to check on line for the certificate. And, volunteers and unpaid workers look as though they are going to get it free.
