My Sister was similar to me when we were out shopping, it took us a couple of hours and help from me with presents she wanted to buy, when that was done she said thats it i'm done and moved off as to go to her car, I said it is now my turn and she was quite abusive cos she wanted to get home.
What would have really taken half an hour took a couple of hours cos I wouldn't let her pressure me into buying stuff just she could get home when she wanted.

I can’t abide rude people who think the world revolves around them.
When a shop assistant in a high street chain loses it, we see newspaper reports and it sweeps the net like wildfire, customers on the other hand just waltz off without a by- your-leave.

Unbelievable the manners of some people. Pity they can't be identified and banned from the store.

When I left school I worked in a large department store. One day I was kneeling on the floor tidying the rail. A woman ran right over my legs with a pram and then walked over me. She looked down and then said to the woman she was with. "oh I thought I had run over a dress, but it was only a shop assistant ". M

Eldest works at a customer call centre for the UK's largest supermarket. The abuse and foul language she suffers is truly despicable.

One customer's demand that she get a delivery van to drop off a litre of milk immediately (all deliveries had been halted due to heavy lying snow) was a foul mouthed rant that nobody should be expected to suffer.

The customer isn't always right.

Ouch! Some people have no manners. And this is supposed to be the season of Good Will ? Hope she is getting danger money!

A few years ago when ours was doing the same, she got an earful from one man who came in Chirstmas Eve afternoon wanting Brandy Butter. It was sold out which of course was her fault. :-0

My Granddaughter B has working in Sainsbury’s for a month, attempting to keep the shelves stocked with milk, meat etc. It is unbelievable the way some customers abuse the employees!

Whilst giving a gentleman instructions as to where he could find brandy butter, another customer deliberately struck B on the leg with her trolley, saying “You will listen to me next time” (B suffered bruising to her thigh). She had been called thick, stupid & a moron just because she did not know where exactly in the store certain ingredients could be found or even if they stock them.
