Anyone else having a problem downloading GEDCOM?

	Try asking on facebook, if you are on facebook, as staff have been posting there, and a kind person (who is not a staff member) helped someone.

	Haven't tried to do that, so can't give specific suggestions. Since you've had the email, the gedcom ought to be attached. Could your email server had decided that it was 'unsafe'? MIght GR have disabled the function over the holiday period to lighten the load on a flaky server? One would hope that 'someone' from GR will be working tomorrow. Try emailing them at [email protected]
