I'm alone, watchng 'Most Haunted', which is a return to Michelham Priory - where my younger daughter got married in August.

Whlst watching it - there were curious bangings from upstairs - then a rythmic thumping, which I deduced was George (the cat), having found himself an unsteady place to settle, was partaking in a jolly good scratch :-D

Oh, aren't our cats great for a laugh! Ours has given us a few spooky nights by scratching on the window a la Wuthering Heights in the middle of the night (we live in a bungalow).
Yes, isn't the telly dire today, unless you are a kid or a sports fan!

'Most Haunted' is pathetic.
Yvette: If there's anyone there, make a sign
(small noise) shrieking and swearing all round.
Yvette: Could you do that again?
(another small) noise and they leg it!!!

Yvette also said,' Although Michelham Priory appears austere, there's definitely somethng here.'

Whaaaat??? What's austerity got to do with ghosts?
A simple grasp of the English language would be useful :-|
