Exporting Tree

Anyone else having problems exporting their tree, I have been waiting nearly 25 minutes now and all I get when I click refresh status is Export Pending :-(

Yes I tried to export one about fifteen minutes ago and it is still pending. It normally only takes two or three minutes.

It has been suggested that the facility was disabled when the tree problems occurred before Christmas, in order to reduce the load on the system.

It is also possible that there may be a large backlog due to people exporting their trees in the wake of the problems.

Glad I am not the only one having a problem, this past week things seem to have gone from bad to worse, if it is not one thing it is another, good job I don't use voice recognition software while I am typing this :-(

It's been a while since this problem started, I'd suggest that it's part of the ongoing problem with access to trees.

My frustration at having no access to the tree ( and like an idiot I didn't export my tree after the last time I updated it) at a time when I am free to "do" family tree research, is now turning to anger that I can neither access nor export my tree.

Come on GU, you're in danger of losing customers here! :-(
