This problem is geting beyond a joke. I spend more time unable to access my tree than being able to access it. I did manage to copy my tree back to my computer. I only use the tree and the boards. I do not use all the other bells and whistles they have added. This is not going to be worth it when I renew at the new prices. I shall leave and try somewhere else. |

g.r is going downhill. used to be a great site...not anymore though. the problems need to be sorted fast. makes me think are they going to take our subs, then fold. |

What's going on with genes reunited??? Its been weeks now and I still can't access my tree. I am still getting the message HTTP Error 503. I tried to send a message to the help line and I even got the same message on there when I hit the send button. Its now more than 7 weeks since I paid my annual subs that I haven't been able to access my records. I'm definately due a rebate. :-( :-( :-( |
