This problem is geting beyond a joke. I spend more time unable to access my tree than being able to access it. I did manage to copy my tree back to my computer. I only use the tree and the boards. I do not use all the other bells and whistles they have added. This is not going to be worth it when I renew at the new prices. I shall leave and try somewhere else.

Here I am another one involved with NO TREE ACCESS. What do we have to do to get this remedied?? I too have contacted Help Line , "Is it the browser?" - NO Relate process of trying to access Tree- YES, asked again??? The Help Line are aware of a problem but it is not be corrected. I am at a loss as to what to do. There is something drastically wrong. What a waste of time and money.I am contacting Hep Line AGAIN tomorrow, what will be the outcome. More interruptions with plenty of Hot Matches, and further Tree contacts??? Why can't we be allowed to get on with what we want to. do.

g.r is going downhill. used to be a great site...not anymore though. the problems need to be sorted fast. makes me think are they going to take our subs, then fold.

What's going on with genes reunited??? Its been weeks now and I still can't access my tree. I am still getting the message HTTP Error 503. I tried to send a message to the help line and I even got the same message on there when I hit the send button. Its now more than 7 weeks since I paid my annual subs that I haven't been able to access my records. I'm definately due a rebate. :-( :-( :-(
