Hello Dizzi. Hope all went well at the hospital this morning...

Went to my heartbeat club today...... Talking to one of the people there about emotions..... Felt that he was not improving at the rate he had hope after his OP.So he had decided that at the end of the day he would mark on the calendar a tick for a good day... An L for a low day....... was suprised to find at the end of the week he had double the good to low days compared to previous day..
.worth a try ??
