Unable to access or rebuild my family tree as Genes continually has technical faults and the service is unsatisfactory.

You are not alone - lots of people have had or ar still having problems with the Tree.

Researching:
I am NOT an employee of GR, just a paying member. Any advice, guidance or suggestions offered is given in good faith.

Hi I have received two emails this morning from Genes informing me that I can access my Tree, however I still am unable to add on any new information despite their comments that the links are working. Even my profile has the incorrect
information too, continuation of the organisation repeating patterns week by week.
