I managed to get up this morning and it only took 10 minutes to straighten up, that's an improvement. I shall be crashing back on my bed shortly as the pain is starting to become somewhat grim. I have done well today though and lasted 3 and a half hours in my chair and slowly pottering :-D

Seems I have another complication so I have swallowed my pride this morning and completed an online form for the house to be assessed. Anyone that knows me will understand how hard that was :-( This will be discussed at the pre-op assessment on Wednesday.

Right that's my lot, my spine is screaming at me to 'get horizontal' ;-)

Sorry you have so much pain. I often see you post and although I am not a usual poster on general board i do look in and see who is who lol.

Both OH and I have back problems so know how painful it can be. Dont think we are on the same level as you tho.

Oh has other problems as you may have seen me post ,but we try to see the positive.

Hope yours is being managed properly .

Yes I have missed you,and hope they soon sort you out.
I had low back pain over Christmas which was a nuisance but nothing like yours.
The only thing was I got in trouble for leaving daughters house a few days early as I needed to get home....they weren't happy...but Im sure you know how you want your own chair and bed!!
Will be thinking of you! x x
