	I have read that before. Did you know that the 'rolling/waddling' gait of some women as they age could be a sign of vit d deficiency? I want to do more walking than I have been doing of late, but won't try till the snow has gone. I used to be able to walk miles but due to my chronic fatigue I don't walk enough to help myself. Lizx

	Well that makes me feel better as I can't remember where I left things but I have been described when walking as being 'on a mission' -jl
