What did you have for brakfast this morning? I had two crumpets fresh raspberries blueberries with honey mixed with plain Greek yoghurt. It was delicious and I feel full, and ready to go...... ;-) ;-)

Mug of tea with skimmed milk, no sugar and porridge made with water, topped with blackberries, red grapes and blackcurrants from the freezer and cinnamon sprinkled on top.

2 digestive. Biscuits and 3 cups of coffee. I have to have my coffee fix in the morning and have to eat something as I take a 1500mg glucosamine bomb and you have to have eaten something otherwise it will give you nausea.
Normally I have a croissant But when we did the weekly shop on Wednesday I was so intent on stocking up with long life milk and bread that goes in the freezer and you then cook when wanted Plus plenty of food for the cat just in case we can't get out ,that I forgot my croisants :-(

Sorry I am doing this on my I pad and having problems with the typing and editing
