I have just received an email supposedly from Amazon....it looks so real......it told me that my order was on hold and if I didn't reply by clicking on a link My account would be closed. It also said my address was unknown and that my bank was refusing payment......I checked my Amazon account to find nothing amiss.....luckily I did not use the link on the email......I googled...... |

I got one last week..It went to my junk folder so knew it was dodgy...plus the command of the English language did not look that good |

The unfortunate thing about these scams is that some people, especially some of the elderly and vulnerable, get taken in by them, these are 5 simple basic steps to avoid them. |
