I'm sure all of you could offer hundreds of tips that would help new members get to grips with their family history. If you would like to share them as part of a video please email [email protected] If we could gather enough people we could do a montage of 'Top Ten' tips. Porkie_Pie, maybe yours could be to remind people to get permission from their relations before they put anything on the internet. Katie

	I found out two days ago that my daughter had added me to her tree....I did'nt know she even used Genes.....told her to remove it, If I have not added me why should anyone else

	Is it just me or is, Adding people to your tree! is that really a "top tip" and was the video promoting adding living relatives with no mention of GR's T&C as regards to you require PERMISSION to add living people to your tree on GR Roy
