I had the DVD on order for release - brilliant - the cast alone. Strange thought OH who loves Judi did not watch it.

The Best Exotic Margold Hotel - an absolute gem with a fantastic cast - sat on my own when it first came on sky (paid to view!!!) and loved every minute of it.

Watched three episodes of Eileen last night to catch up after you recommended it. We loved it. The rabbit kidnap was so funny. Thanks for the info on Being Eileen.

We did watch Father Brown and really enjoyed it, haven't watched Blandings yet will try that.

Have you seen The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel? Judy Dench and Maggie Smith at their best, humour with pathos. Believe it's on Sky in UK, film came out last year. It was a surprise hit. :-)

That little lad - I only said to OH last night - I could take him home - he is gorgeous!!

The episode re taking care of the rabbit was hilarious.

This is one of several gems that are hidden away in TV schedules.

Father Brown - was on for 2 weeks in the afternoons - an absolute joy

Blandings - Wodehouse purists hate this Sunday evening helping - but it is just so funny.

Being Eileen is great - and isn't the youngest grandson just so cute!!!!

I love it - but then I like anything with Sue Johnston in.

My favourite "Who Do You Think You Are?" episode of all time was Sue Johnston's as she seemed genuinely interested in her family history and even took on some of the research herself.

I must admit I think Being Eileen would be better if it was aired a bit earlier in the evening.

This has been broadcast for 3 weeks now but it is on so late. BBC made a one off Christmas 2011 about a family from Birkenhead visiting Lapland.

They then decided to make a series but had cold feet and subsequently show it late.

It has no violence, bad language, sex but it is daft, funny, silly and makes one laugh. But so didn't Fools and Horses, Dad's Army, The Good Life,
to mention but three.

Sue Johnston plays pensioner mother with two married children and four g.children.

It is worth recording
