As Hayley has mentioned the Christian Thread and as John and I are the only regular contributors to that thread, I feel I ought to make it clear that, as far as I am concerned, all hell does not break out when anyone else posts on it. I know that John is of the same mind.

I was very saddened by Hayley's pancake recipe being RR'd and did, in fact, send her the following message the following morning:

Hello Hayley,

I'm sorry your pancake recipe had disappeared before I had a chance to see it.

Would you like to post it on the thread again please - Ollietheowl is looking for fillings for pancakes to raise money for a good cause.

You are welcome on the Christian thread anytime - as is everyone as far as I am concerned. Hope you are well.

With love. Cynthia.

To which Hayley replied....."Thank you".

Well said Hayley,

Each to their own I always say.

When I posted on this thread I copied and posted another slant on what being discussed. |Some members, those that had read my contribution found it interesting but others for some reason could only make comments on the fact that I had contributed from a website.
I would never had posted this article if in some way not in keeping with the question raised by the o.p.

We all have our beliefs and although I do not always agree with someone, I am able to accept the views of others without making personal attacks.

For the past couple of weeks we have had threads onreligion such as same sex marriage, the pope and now this one and every time we have the puritans marching on them banging banging on their tamberines telling us what we can and cannot say, if you dont agree with their opinion you are sarky and a bully, its ok for them to have a SOH and post aggressive posts but low and behold if you reply in the same manner or even go near their christian thread and all hell breaks lose I was reported for posting a pancake reciepe for god sake the day before shove tuesday.

I do wish some people could see themselves for what they really are trouble causing stirrers, we all know the drill someone posts and in swoop the friends its old hat been seen a million times before to John's credit he does answer his crictics and speaks for himself not post and run like some blokesI have seen in the past on here.

John nearly broke my Geordie heart in his last post. The scars will never heal. The damage has been done unless someone says a PRAYER for me.
