it is indeed anti-bullying week ......... but with Pink Shirt Day as the main event.


There is also much activity leading up to it.

Wednesday Feb 27 is Pink Shirt Day, aka Pink Day, in Canada


It is a day to celebrate anti-bullying, and the end of ALL bullying and harassment


Everyone is asked to wear a pink shirt or top to show you are against bullying.


It is getting to be a HUGE event, most schools plan events, and the kids wear pink tops and T-shirts.

Special T-shirts are designed and sold for about $10 (£5), with the money being used to promote anti-bullying

Well-known sports personalities and other famous people wear pink shirts, etc, and make videos and ads promoting anti-bullying.


I shall be wearing a pink top on Wednesday
