	Can't any deffinate for San Quirici, Pescia but if you go to the following link, there are phone and letter contact detail right at the bottom of the page in the black section http://www.comune.pescia.pt.it/flex/cm/pages/ServeBLOB.php/L/IT/IDPagina/1212 There are couple of email address in the body of the page, but someone else would have to translate to work out what they are for. It would appear that the word 'Comune' is similar to our Borough (possibly County) council
