Marijuana-scented scratch-and-sniff cards are being posted to hundreds of households in a bid to detect illegal cannabis farms.

Crimestoppers, which runs the campaign, said the cards would help people to recognise the smell of cannabis and report suspected plantations to police.

The charity said there was a 15% rise in the number of cannabis farms found in homes between 2011 and 2012

I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. don't need scratch and sniff cards in brum

just walk down any high street
and smell the air as people walk past
think it must be cheaper than tobacco now the number of people smoking it

Growing marijuana is illegal............ and in Oz, so is growing tobacco!

If you're caught growing marijuana you will get a fine, if you're growing shedloads of it you might go to jail.

If you're caught growing tobacco you will go to jail.

Tobacco is legal, and the government collects taxes.

Marijuana is illegal, and it's cheaper than tobacco (so I'm told).

It's not 1st April already is it :-S

Just look for the heat coming out of the roofs, blacked out windows and sky high electricity bills....skip the last one, this winter that's the norm :-(

round here they dig a cellar stops the police helicopter picking up the heat
and they bypass the electric meter

I've got a cellar ......only thing that grows down there is damp mould :-(
