I went there years ago. Not a religious person but the historical aspect of the building was magical. My naughty son as he was back then got on his knees and skidded along the floor. His voice echoed around the huge dome - so embarrasing.

Found it interesting to see the monks or whatever they are called selling gold jewelry made with rubies
